What information do we collect?

We collect de-identified information from community members through the following means –

  • Registration of interest in a Hope Well Institute Project;
  • Meetings
  • Needs analyses and ASSAT Questionnaire completion
  • Training participation and
  • Awareness raising sessions.

What do we use your information for?

Any of the information we collect from you and/or your staff may be used in one of the following ways:

  • To help us determine the appropriateness of your participation in the current ASSAT Project
  • To inform recommendations following the completion of the questionnaire regarding ways that connectedness and cohesion may be enhanced and suicide safety may be increased
  • To provide feedback to funding providers regarding details of the progress of the current ASSAT Project
  • To provide our research partner the necessary information to evaluate the efficacy of the current ASSAT Project
  • To report the evaluation outcomes to the provider of the funding and the wider community
